CAVITY CLEANING
Cavity cleaning is performed to remove oil deposits from operating pipelines and rust, scale, welding slag, debris from commissioned pipelines.
We perform the following types of cavity cleaning:
Compressed air cleaning;
Steam cleaning;
Oil cleaning (oil flushing);
Chemical cleaning
PNEUMATIC TESTS
The capacity of our pneumatic testing equipment fleet includes more than 50 units of different equipment, which allows us to perform large volumes of work. The ability to carry out work at several sites is ensured by the mobile design of the equipment.
Air screw 2-stage compressors: up to 32.6 m^3/h and up to 30 bar;
Booster compressors: up to 104 m^3/h and up to 350 bar;
Compressed air coolers: up to 6,700 m^3/h
Fuel tanks: up to 50 m^3
DRYING OF PIPELINE CAVITIES
Adeco use Donaldson high-performance desiccant dryers in a mobile version to dry the cavities of main and process pipelines.
Type: adsorptive
Capacity: up to 80 m^3/min;
Degree of drying ("dew-point"): down to -80 degrees Сelsius
Working pressure: 24 bar
NITROGEN PURGING AND PRESERVATION
Works on purging with inert gas (nitrogen) are carried out before the introduction of process media to remove oxygen or air. The oxygen content must be reduced to an acceptable level to prevent the formation of an explosive or flammable mixture.
HYDRAULIC TESTING OF PIPELINES
We carry out hydraulic tests after the manufacture of pipelines, before installation or after installation in operation.
We have equipment in our fleet:
Filling unit: up to 500 m^3/h
Compression unit: up to 917 bar
Circulation unit: up to 300 m^3/h
Transfer pump: up to 55 m^3/h
Filtration unit: up to 800 m^3/h, 50 microns
